HOTA Collects – Made in Surfers Paradise

The Edit Suite was honoured to produce this short documentary-style / fashion video for HOTA, showcasing the iconic designs of renowned Australian designers. Featuring the craftsmanship of Laureen Hassard, Bette Arkinstall, Kathy Ford, Sylvia, Liz Clift, and Debbie Miller & Margot Mott, we captured the beauty of their work through a timeless lens. The video highlights the stunning designs worn by Ivy Hassard, Peg Kirkwood, Geulah Korman, and Paula Stafford, blending historical fashion with contemporary artistry. Through a thoughtful, cinematic approach, we celebrated these creations, while also exploring the legacy of international travel shows, cruises, and modeling.

Created for the World Surf League, this lifestyle surf campaign for the Tweed Coast Pro follows rising surfers Tru Starling and Micah Margieson through the beaches and coastal landscapes of Northern New South Wales. The Edit Suite handled concept development, storyboarding, talent coordination, filming, editing, colour grading, and post-production to create cinematic surf content focused on performance, lifestyle, and authentic storytelling. Filmed in a natural and energetic style, the project blends action-driven visuals with documentary-style moments to capture the connection between the athletes and their home breaks.

Tourism Australia – Gumminguru Cultural Learnscape

This video about Gummingurru Cultural Learnscape is the final video we made as part of Tourism Australia’s National Experience Content Initiative. The Gummingurru stone arrangement site is located north of Toowoomba in Southern Queensland, and estimated to be around 4000 years old. Traditional custodians of Gummingurru have cared for the land since it was handed back to them in 2008.

Working with GOLDOC to create the video series ‘Impact of the Games’ – In this video Jess Skarratt explains the impact of GC2018 on Local Business and Communities. In video 2 Local Business and Communities Jess Skarratt explores the upgraded and transformed facilities for GC2018 – including Gold Coast Sports and Leisure Centre, Sound Stage 9 at Village Roadshows. Coomera Indoor Sports Centre, and Optus Aquatic Centre. This video also explores how GC2018 is an all inclusive event as it’s the largest integrated para-sport program in Commonwealth Games history.
